Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL TECHNICAL AVENGERS PVT. LTD. BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Technical Avengers Pvt. Ltd. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
